Parcel C-30B

Parcel C-30B is located along the Alaska highway near the Whitehorse airport. This area is considered highly prospective for gravel and other granular materials. In 2015, DDDC obtained a long-term lease for this parcel from the TKC, with the intent of commercializing the value of the land and it's resources.
Da Daghay is working with TKC to determine the best course of action for future development. Plans are to explore residential and commercial options for this space in the future. |
